中目黒でイタリアン&モロッコ料理をいただいたにも関わらず、なんか口寂しい
恵比寿といえば、豆腐屋さんで締めくくりたい
グラスワインをいっぱいいただく

先程までピノノワール飲んでたので変化に飛んでうまい！
大好きな焼き醤油豆をつまみに料理を待つ
豆腐丼with豚の角煮
どちらもよく煮込まれている
豚の角煮はしっかり油も抜けている
豆腐は味がしゅんでいる
美味しい
1人なので写メもしっかり撮れた
ごちそうさま！

豆腐食堂には関係ありませんが
帰りの道で祭りの露店がまだ出ていた
大阪焼き？

どれも美味しかったが、〆の白湯豆腐麺の辛口
うまいー
スープがまた格別
そして、ダブル〆の豆腐ご飯
すごく味わい深い味わい
お土産に醤油豆とお稲荷さん買いました
醤油豆酒のあてに最高！！！！

一粒一粒箸で摘みながら食べるので味わいながら食べる

ほんのり甘みがありフルーティ感がある
干し豆腐のカラスミ和え
しっとり歯応えのある干し豆腐におろしたカラスミが和えてある
もちろん焼酎が進む
きゅうりと豆腐の糠漬け
きゅうりの糠漬けほ酒に合う
そこにクリーミーなチーズのようなまったり感のある豆腐の糠漬最高！
