本日訪れましたのは、
豆腐を使った様々な料理を楽しむのにぴったりな「豆腐食堂」
シンプルな豆腐はもちろん、なかなか出会えない豆腐メニューがあります。
店内はテーブル席とカウンターが10席ほどあり,平日夜でも結構賑わっていました。若干年齢層は若めでした。
まず頼んだのは、豆乳割。
これが最高でおかわりしてしまいました。豆乳が非常に飲みやすいので飲み過ぎ注意です。
お通しとしておぼろ豆腐(500円)が出てきますが、こちらもちょうど良い量でなめらかな口当たりがお腹に優しいです。
気になるメニューはたくさんありましたが、私は麻婆豆腐、ポテサラ、おから棒寿司をいただきました。あまり冒険できなかったな〜と思いましたが、中でも「あぶり〆鯖のおから棒寿司」は珍しいかもしれないです。
ほんのり温かい〆鯖とホロホロおからの相性抜群!一口サイズですので物足りないと感じる人もいるかもしれないですが、味は良かったです。
デザートとして、豆乳珈琲パンナコッタを食べました。
見た目はビンのプリンですが、お洒落なデザインと甘味としても濃厚な口当たりで頼んでよかったメニューでした。
テイクアウトも色々あるみたいで、機会があったらまた訪れようと思います♪

◼️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ 3 minutes walk from Ebisu station Business hours 12:00~14:30, 17:00~23:00 Recommended selection course ¥4,400 ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ ▪️▪️▪️◼️ Today I visited ``Tofu Cafeterias'' where you can enjoy drinks and dishes made with tofu.It's close to Ebisu Station, so it's a popular restaurant that's often crowded even on weekdays. This is a Tofu dishes specialty restaurant. There are counter seats and table seats inside the store, and when I visited, the customer base seemed to be about 50-50. This time I thoroughly enjoyed the course that started in March. It is a course where you can enjoy popular menu items little by little, and there are a whopping 11 dishes. First up was ``Oboro Tofu'', a simple type of tofu that was smooth and easy to eat. Next, ``grilled mackerel okara bar Bar Sushi,'' ``tofu and cream cheese dip,'' ``spiced okara potato salad,'' and ``soy sauce beans'' are brought to you in bite-sized pieces. Last time I visited, I ate Bar Sushi and Potato Salad and it left an impression on me, so I was lucky to be able to eat it again♪ At this point, I can fully experience the variety of Tofu dishes, but there is more to come. ``Dried tofu and flavored vegetable salad'' is a rather unusual combination of dried tofu and flavored vegetables that looks like a mimiga, but it was a salad that you could enjoy the texture and aroma. As for the fried dishes, ``Agedate Ganmo'' and ``Yuba Spring Rolls'' are available. ``Yuba spring rolls'' are a crunchy and juicy dish with a little mustard for a tangy spiciness. The ``deep-fried freshly-fried ganmo'' was so filling and steamy that I couldn't get enough of it. ``Tofu scrambled eggs'' was also an unusual double combo. It tasted milder than regular scrambled eggs. ``Chicken and tofu Sukiyaki'' was served as the main dish, and you can choose from two types: warishita and umami. I had the warishita, but you can eat tofu and various parts of the chicken with a special sauce. Finally, as ``Tofu Meshi'', enjoy the well-seasoned tofu that jiggling on top of the rice. With the amount of rice and the variety of courses, you can enjoy a very satisfying course. By the way, they also have alcoholic beverages made with tofu, and my favorite was the coffee with soy milk.
