恵比寿西エリアの五差路の近くにある、豆腐製造と販売、飲食を兼ねた豆腐のお店。。
外から見えるカウンター席が居心地よさそうだったので平日に入ってみました。
色々な豆腐を使ったメニューがあり、迷いましが、一番オススメの
【豆腐と鶏のすき焼き 旨辛】＋ビール
を頼んで、お通しの、おぼろ豆腐とビールが来て、10分後にすき焼きが届きました。
お通しは、塩のシンプルな味つけながら、豆腐の風味を純粋に感じられ、滑らかな食感をビールと楽しみました。
すき焼きは、豆腐屋だけに厚揚げ、揚げだし豆腐がしっかり列べられ、鶏のムネ、モモ、ヤゲン、ツクネ等が、山椒香る辛口のタレでしっかり煮込まれていますが、タレが程よくそれぞれの具材に染み込み美味しく頂けます。
玉子やうどんや御飯も欲しいと思いつつ、この味こそビールやハイボールに合い、最後迄楽しめました。
豆腐の料理を出すお店は、もっとヘルシーに薄味でも健康を意識しながら頂く料理ばかりだと思っていましたが、ガツンとツマミとしての味わいが楽しめる料理もあると嬉しい再発見ができました。
