恵比寿の街を彷徨いつつ、気になっていた豆腐料理のお店を訪ねる。このお店、昼は食堂、カレーこぉ夜は酒場というスタイル。特にランチタイムはヘルシーな雰囲気なので、お客のほとんどが女性。
こう見えて大の豆腐好き、小学生の頃は湯豆腐が何よりの好物。酒飲みでもないのに、湯豆腐さえあれば何もいらない派だった。
ランチメニューは、豆腐御膳、豆腐麹に漬けた鶏の唐揚げ御膳、そぼろと豆腐の揚げ出し御膳、豆腐屋の麻婆豆腐御膳の4種類。いずれも豆腐めしが付く。せっかく来たので、豆腐尽くしの豆腐御膳を選択。
豆腐御膳は、豆腐、野菜などのなど具材が入った豆腐汁、おぼろ豆腐、肉がんも、豆腐のぬか漬け、おからなど、豆腐系のおかずがずらり。これにいい色に仕上がった木綿豆腐がどーんと載った豆腐めしが付いてくる。
脂っ気なし、とってもヘルシー。唯一豆腐汁にほんの少しだけ入っていた豚肉が唯一の動物性で、ほぼビーガン。
豆腐めしは、茶飯ではないが、日本橋お多幸のとうめしを彷彿とさせるアピアランス。おでんではないので、豆腐は甘辛の肉豆腐的なお味。豆腐好きにはタマラナイ。
油を感じるものがまったくないので、食べてる最中からお腹の脂肪が落ちて行く気がする。
品数豊富で飽きることなく、最後まで美味しく食べる。豆腐めしのご飯を大盛りにしてもらったので、物足りなさを感じることもなく終了。
豆腐御膳 1,540円
