訪問直前に予約してコースを注文。どれも本当に美味しかったです。近所に住んでいるのですが連日賑わっていて気になっていました。料理が美味しいだけでは無く、素晴らしいと感じたのは接客、オペレーションです。オープンキッチンで手前側にホール担当のスタッフ、奥に厨房担当のスタッフ。厨房のスタッフさんも常に全体を見渡していて、わざわざ呼ばなくても察してすぐに来てくれます。お客さんも多いのにこんなに行き届いた接客が皆さんに出来るのは本当に素晴らしいと思いました。またすぐ行きます。
