今日は私用ありお休み。
連休も大きな予定なく、食で贅沢。
恵比寿はあまりきませんが、知り合いのおすすめでお邪魔。
まずはビールで乾杯、サントリー。
なんだろう、歳を重ねるとサントリーが美味しく感じます。まろやかに感じるのかな？
新玉ねぎのスープ。砂糖不使用とのことですが上品な甘さが口に拡がる。美味しい。
それ和牛コンビーフとパン、コンビーフってこんな美味しいんだ。。
続いて4種盛り、ホタルイカと卵マスタード。
桜鯛はコリコリ！
にんじんのクミン風味、やはり食欲を誘うよね。
新しいのはオレンジを和牛でサンドしたもの。
これはオレンジの酸味が爽やかな風味を醸し出し素晴らしいね！
さ、次はいよいよ焼き物。
噴火湾のホタテ、とランプ肉！豪華だなあ！
まずは食材を目で楽しんでから調理を待つ。
飲み物は白ワインへ。
ホタテをまつよ。
そして、、きました
ホタテにウニを乗せた一品。肉厚ジューシーなホタテと磯の香りひろがるウニ。
たまりません、、、、、
続いて、ランプ肉。群馬県産。
もちろん、赤ワイン。
塩、九州の醤油、ニンニクチップ、洋風わさびなどでいただく。
もうお肉自体がジューシーなのでたまりません。
何をつけてもさまざまな世界が拡がり美味しい、、じゃ表現難しい。
〆はガーリックライス。
こりゃボリューミー。ふっくら炊き上げられたご飯は上品に味付けされている。
もう、満腹！満足！
デザートは焼きバナナとアイス。
バナナってあまり食べなくなったけど久しぶりに食べると美味しいんだね。。
お口もすっきり！
店員の方の対応も丁寧。
隠れ家的お店、駅から少し離れてはいるが逆にそれが穴場スポット感あり店の価値を上げている。
またお邪魔したい。
