恵比寿エリアで鉄板焼きのお店を探しているときに見つけました。恵比寿駅から徒歩7分ほど、広尾駅からも歩ける範囲の大通り沿いにて発見！高級感のあるモダンな外観です。入り口がやや狭めなのが隠れ家感をより一層演出してくれます！
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席の構成で、完全個室のご用意もありました。店員さんの接客も心地よく、会食として利用にも向いてそうです。今回はお店おすすめのスタンダードコースを注文しました。予算や用途によって使い分け可能なコースが豊富にご用意されているのもありがたい。以下のものをスタンダードコースでいただきました！
・アミューズ（自家製コンビーフと冷製玉ねぎスープ）
・前菜4種盛り合わせ（常磐産のじだこ黄身酢添え、A5ランク黒毛和牛と柑橘類、鯛桜ソースがけ、刻みにんじん）

メインの黒毛和牛ステーキを軸に、至極の海鮮類も楽しめる満足度の高い内容となってます。10,000円を切る提供なのも嬉しいところ。提供の際に店員さんが料理の説明や美味しい食べ方を教えてくれるのもありがたい。食材そのものの美味しさはもちろん、調理からも光るものをしっかりと感じ取れました。特に美味しかった料理を２つ紹介します！
1. A5ランク黒毛和牛大吟醸カットステーキ
絶妙な火加減で調理された黒毛和牛のステーキ。余分な脂がなく、赤身本来の美味しさを堪能できます。柔らかすぎ。おすすめの食べ方は塩、醤油です。冷めないうちにすぐいただきました。
2. 大粒北海ホタテと塩水ウニ、ズワイガニとトマトの盛り合わせ
国産の食材を贅沢に使用した海鮮の盛り合わせ。ホタテ、カニ、ウニを1度に口に運んだ時の多幸感がとにかく半端ない！量もたっぷりで色んな楽しみ方でいただきました。
