恵比寿の近辺で用事を済ませたあと、記念すべき日のお祝いにと素敵なお店を探していたところ発見です。恵比寿と広尾の間にあって、治安の良い穏やかな道にあるので良いですね。
平日の夜18:30に予約をして伺いました。仕事終わりの人やデートの人などでお席はもう埋まりつつあります。
いただいたコースではお肉はもちろん、普段はあまり同時にはいただけない海鮮がたっぷりで嬉しいです。もちろん鉄板で調理をされていて非日常感が味わえます。
熟成赤身のお肉は柔らかくてさっぱりしていてとても食べやすく、罪悪感もなくてめちゃくちゃ美味しいです、もっと食べたい。お肉は言わずもがなですが、ウニの姿に感動しました、一つがこんなに大きなウニは見たことがないです。カニもめちゃくちゃたくさん使ってあってホタテも写真の通りに身がでかくて分厚いです。春菊のソースはまったく臭みがなく、トマトも甘いし、すぐに無くなってしまいました…全部美味しかったです、また行きたい。
