A locally produced Gelato shop from Saitama Prefecture. You can enjoy everything from standard Gelato that makes the most of the ingredients to unusual flavors such as ginger, burdock, and mugwort. On this day, I didn't go crazy and chose safe options like milk and hojicha, or milk and strawberries. I asked for mugwort...but it tasted just like I imagined. It's going to be hot and ice cream consumption is going to go up, so when you're in Ebisu, this is one option.
