餃子食べたい欲が頂点に達した時にちょうど看板が目にとまり、殆ど反射的に入店。日曜の夜だったからか立地にしては空いておりました。穴場かな。
焼き餃子は薄皮でパリッと焼かれており、なかなか好きなタイプの餃子でありました。ねぎ塩も頼んでみたけど、やっぱり普通のタイプが一番いい。恵比寿は餃子激戦区で人気店が近くに数軒ありますが、こちらのお店も「コスパ重視」という点では負けていないかもしれません。
