恵比寿で数人での飲み会。
お伺いしたのが
「恵比寿焼肉 ホルモン富士」さん。
結構、この会の方達は
訪問している様です。
元々、恵比寿での飲み会が多い会。
私も色々なお店には行ってますが、
この店は初訪問でした。
何せ美味しいという事でお勧めされたので、
相当なハードルの高さを飛び越える
期待感でした。
私自身はレベルの高いホルモン屋さんの
中くらいな感じでした。
低温調理のレバ刺しは、正直「普通」。
皆んなが本当に美味しいと言ってた
名物とろレバも「普通」。
「普通」は不味いじゃ無くて、
「普通」に美味いって事ですので、
誤解しないで下さい。
でも、スゲ〜美味いってホルモン屋さんは
いくつもあるので、そこと比べると。。。
かな（汗）。
もちろん好みもあると思うけど、
レバの色自体でちょっと違うんだよな。
って、ごめんなさい。
普通に美味しいです！
結構飲んだにしろ、金額も中々。
斜め前の「スタンド富士」さんとは
同系列だと思うけど、あっちは安かった
イメージがあるんだけどなぁ。
