前回、スープの塩味が私にはキツく
だけど味の方向性は好きだなと思ってたので
塩豚骨味薄めで頼んでみました。
なんと！
超おいしい！私の好きな味！
微かにトロミを感じるほどの濃厚さ
豚骨のうまみ、太麺との絡み
おいしいよー！
きざみ玉ねぎは入れ放題、これも合います。
途中、ペッパーや豆板醤を重ねながら
味変して、ずっと美味しい。
12時過ぎると行列ができはじめますが
回転早いので、そんなに待たないし
12時前なら待たずに入れます
家系は濃くて苦手なのよー
という人には、味薄めでトライしてみて欲しい！
