恵比寿の駅からぎゅぎゅしながら2分くらい。
アイス屋のビル(アニモエビス)の6階。
従来の焼肉店にフレンチのエッセンスを加えて、
ちょっとのおしゃれの提供をしていく焼肉ぎゅっと。
お客様の心をぎゅっ（牛）と掴みたい
平日のお昼に伺いました。
ビルに到着してエレベーター。
おー。
このエレベーターすげぇイイ匂いする。英語のガイダンスだし。
エレベーターが開いたらお店というタイプです。カッコいい。
店内はこじんまりとしてますが、綺麗でシンプル。
貸し切りで飲み会できそうな感じ。
ちなみに上のフロアも姉妹店で、銀座ひつじ座 はなれ おうし座 恵比寿とのこと。
ジンギスカンのお店。
お手洗いはもちろん綺麗だが若干狭め。
7：3で開くドアが独特。
卓上調味料とかは無い。
おしぼりはお昼でも厚手のちゃんとしたやつ。
紙エプロンはあるのかな？
最後にガムは無い。

しばらくしてサラダから運ばれてきました。
新鮮で美味しい。人参ベース？のドレ。
タレも何だろう…2種類あるのはわかる。
真ん中に箸休めナムルか。
お肉登場！
ほうほう。見た目は脂身がすごい。
量としては4切れずつか。
左は内モモで、右はさんかくバラ。
さんかくバラはササっと炙るだけでOKとのこと。
うん。。
うまい。これは美味い。
若干脂感は強い。
ごはんもおかわり自由とのことで、たまらずおかわり。
ここでちょっと足りなくなり、ハラミハーフ(600円)も追加。
ハラミはかなり弾力強い。
噛み応え十分でジューシーです。
ペロッと食べ終わりました。
食後にデザートもつくみたい。
今日はカタラーナ。
つ、つ冷たい…。知覚過敏に。びーん。
