午前中の所用を済ませた後に伺いました。
当初、刺身定食を頂きに「魚竹」さんに行こうとしていたのですが、思いの外、外が寒かったので、予めインスタを見てBMしていた此方を訪問。
土曜日の13:15頃に入店。
土曜日もランチ営業されているのは有難い。
店内はシックな色合いで、小ぢんまりしていて落ち着いた空間です。
カウンター席に案内頂きました。
メニューは、最安の牛すじチゲから一番高い牛タン塩焼きまで５種程です。
足りなければ、追加肉もハーフサイズから注文出来ます。
"厚切りハラミ焼肉定食"と迷って、今回は此方を注文。

最初にサラダの提供。彩りも良く、醤油ベースの和風ドレッシングで、さっぱり頂けました。斜度のついたガラスの器がお洒落ですね。
次に、焼肉のタレとナムルの提供。タレは、通常のタレと味噌ダレの二種類あります。
メインの焼肉は、内もも、肩ロース、三角バラの３種の構成。
ランチ焼肉としては、それぞれ上質なクオリティーで、旨味もしっかりあって美味しかったです。
内もも、肩ロースも期待していたよりも美味しかったですが、一番美味しかったのは、やはり三角バラでした。しっかりサシが入っていて、旨味も濃かったと思います。
わかめスープとライスは平均的と思います。
スープはもう少し出汁を濃いめにした方が良いのと、ライスが少し柔らかかったので、硬めに炊き上げて頂けると有難い。
個人的には、焼肉定食で肉質の次に重要な料理は、実はライスだと思っています。
食後は、セミフレッドのカタラーナを頂いて、口の中をリフレッシュ。
クレームブリュレやカラメルプリンが好きな人だったら、カタラーナも美味しく頂けるはずです。
接客は全体的に丁寧、且つ温かみのあるもので、最後はエレベーター前でお見送り頂きました。
肉の質は高く、サービスや雰囲気も素晴らしいので、お一人様ランチ、デートランチに向いています。
恵比寿駅からも近いですし、此方でランチして、1Fの「OUCA」さんで食後のデザートを楽しむのも良いですね。
