仕事終わりが深夜近くになり、何も食べてない！
とにかくお腹が空いたのでわガッツリ食べたくて恵比寿へ。
西口の上の方、近くに小籠包のお店などがあります。
地上界だと辿り着けないので注意。
店内へ入ると食券を購入。
好きな席へ通される。
小ラーメン 900円
辛ニラ 100円
ぶっかりー 100円
カウンターで自ら水組める蛇口あります。
10分頃でコースを聞かれる。

アブラ
カレーは別皿できて、ニラは丼に入っております。
茹で加減いい塩梅。
甘いアブラと和えて食べ進める。
次にほろほろ焼豚と食べる。
唐辛子もかけて食べるとあっという間に野菜がなくなる。
サラダです。
麺は平打ちに近い、少しウェーブのかかった麺。
柔らかいのがスープに馴染んで好き。
ワシワシを感じたい人は硬めにした方が良いかも。
あとは、啜り続けるのみ。
以前別店舗に行った時にあまり印象が良くなかったが、こちらは安定した旨さがある感じがする。
接客も活気があり、丁寧で好感が持てる。
またキタイと思います。
