案内されたのは4人がけの扉付き小上がりの個室で、とても居心地が良かったです。地下ですが、窓から見える景色まで和の雰囲気で包まれていました。
富士門コースをいただきました。
・先付け 白菜キムチ・もやしナムル
キムチは出汁なような風味が効いており、しっかり辛くて美味しいですね。壺にたっぷりと入っているので、最後の方まで食べてました笑。
・和牛ユッケと卵黄の太巻き
目の前で作ってもらえるので、萌え断が見られる演出がいいですね！和牛と卵黄のねっとりとした甘さが特徴的ですが、このイクラとウニを追加した時のビジュアルが強い！完全に映えてますね！
・焼肉
上タンはとてもやらかい！そして、噛んだ時に溢れ出る旨味がダイレクトに舌に伝わり、思わず笑ってしまううまさですね。これは食べておきたい！！
特上ハラミは塩味のタレが良かったです。年取ると、赤身系のお肉がたまらなくなりますよね……ご飯欲しかったな
ネギ包みタンはちょっと塩気がきつめでした。思ったよりも、よく焼いた方がいいですね。食べた時のじゅわーっと広がる旨みは包み焼きならではなかな。
・極上ヒレカツバーガー
ここで、分厚いヒレカツのミニバーガー？！フィンガーサイズですが、見た目よりよりもボリューム感あります。これはマヨネーズベースのソースと粒マスタードかマッチしてますねー、うまい！
・お口直し
本日のお吸い物は大きな蛤が入ってました。ゆずそこにあるので、少し混ぜてから味わうと良かったです。
・焼肉
これはどちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
厳選和牛ランプの上品な脂、
厳選和牛イチボは超高級な生姜焼き
って感じで、イチボの方は味付けも最高で、ご飯がめちゃくちゃ進みました笑。1番好きかもしれない……
・薪焼きストーブ飯
和牛トロ肉と燻製和牛そぼろ、
味変で、和牛ひつまぶし（出汁茶漬け）は
薪のシーズニングがよく、レアなそぼろの香りと、またこの粒だったご飯がとても美味しかった。もう少し薬味があってもいいかなー、山椒とかあると最高でした。
・あまおうのアイス
お腹っぱいだったので、これくらいの小さいサイズがちょうどいいですね。口の中もイチゴでさっぱりしました。
入り口から和の空間だったので、外国の方も喜びそうな場所でした。プライベートな忘年会にも良さそうですね。
