富士山をコンセプトとした全席個室のラグジュアリーな焼肉店
厳選した国産黒毛和牛を中心とした焼肉が楽しめます
休日のお昼にランチでお伺いしました。
入り口から素敵な雰囲気！
店内に入るとモダンシックなラグジュアリーな空間！全室個室。
通路にはあの有名な『墨絵師 御歌頭氏』の独眼竜政宗の墨絵が！
迫力がある墨絵が素晴らしい✨
今回は中庭の見える個室でランチいただきました

どれも美味しそうで何を選ぶか悩みましたが、和牛トロ肉と燻製そぼろのひつまぶしを選択！

フトウブの鍋に薪をを入れて炊いたご飯！
蓋を開けると燻製されたそぼろがとてもいい香り！
この香りだけでもご飯が食べれちゃうくらい
まずは一杯目はそのままいただきました。
トロ肉と燻製ソボロが相まって肉の旨味が十分味わえます。
2杯目は出汁をかけてにお茶漬けにしていただきました。
これはまた、サッパリとして肉の旨味を味わう事ができました！
これは絶品すぎるひつまぶし！
初めて食べたお味です。
これはリピートしたくなりますね
