代官山や恵比寿駅から少し歩いた場所にある焼肉店
周りは坂になってるが飲食店が立ち並んでいる場所の一角にある。
今日はオープン直後の11時半頃に来店した
この店は地下1Fになっており、少し分かりにくい場所にある
案内されたのは2名席の個室
襖がありプライバシーが保たれている為、デートや相談事にも使えそう
注文したのは、
究極のユッケ丼・紅(1680円)
薄切りの肉ではあるもののサシが入っており、これだけでも美味く感じてしまう
ユッケもたっぷり乗っかっており、文句の付けようがないボリューム感
食べてみると、良質な肉である事がすぐに分かる味わい
味付けしてるのではなかろうか？と思えるくらいの甘みとコク
黄身で更にコクを増してるんだが、肉のコクの方が感じ取れるという驚きがあった。
ご飯は普通ではあるんだが、肉に合わせると確かに味付けなんかいらない。
シンプルな構成ではあるが、何も文句の付けようがないくらいに完璧
ワカメスープもちゃんと作られてて良き
1680円という値段ではあるが、完全個室であり高級感がある点を考えると最高のお店だと思う
次回来た時には、タン重というのを挑戦したい。
