カウンターがいっぱいだったので、個室を利用させていただきました。
カウンターの醍醐味はお料理が出てくるまでの雰囲気や板前さんとのコミュニケーションを楽しめるのが好きですが、こちらのお店の個室は高層階からの景色を楽しめるのでどちらの席もそれぞれの良さがあるなぁと感じました。
個室だったのでらは配膳までに天ぷらが冷めるかなと心配していたのですが、どれも熱々さくさくで美味しくいただきました。
天つゆはお願いしたらいただけるそうですが、デフォルトはお塩、レモン塩、カレー塩でした。
お塩はうま味調味料が多めな印象。
個人的に舌がピリピリしてしまって少し苦手なので、純粋なお塩もあったら尚良かったです。
配膳スタッフの方々はそれぞれ程良い距離感の接客で、帰り際にはスタッフの方と板前さんがお見送りに来てくだってとても心地良く楽しめました。
次回はお野菜多めのコースも味わってみたいなぁと思います。
