とてもおいしい天ぷらのコースでした。恵比寿ガーデンプレイスの38階。すごい展望のお部屋でした。個室で会食をしました。若干狭かったですがまぁ快適でしたね。やっぱり少し狭かったかな。今日のコースはまずうなぎのスープとてもおいしかったですね。そして次に車海老とアスパラガスの天ぷらです。これは最高においしかった。基本塩で食べます。ただここの食べ方は塩とレモン汁レモンを絞ってお塩と一緒に漬けて食べます。これがとてもおいしいんです。レモンの酸っぱさとお塩の味が交わってとてもおいしい味わいを天ぷらに加えてくれます。そして真鯛と原木しいたけです。こちらの天ぷらも大変おいしかったですね。それからお造りぶりのお造りです。醤油なんですけれども、醤油のジュレこれがとてもおいしかった。これをお刺身につけていただきます。次にいただいたのがタチウオ、たけのこ、それからホタテの天ぷら上にはウニが載ってました。最高でしたね。そしてサーモンのマリネです。アサリとネギの味噌和え、それからごま豆腐が出て参りました。これも最高においしかったです。次に出てきたのがアナゴと赤茄子の天ぷらです。これも最高においしかったですね。非常においしかった。そして次は天ぷらの巻物海苔巻きです。海老の天ぷらなんですけれども、それをご飯と海苔で巻いていただきます。これは大変おいしかったですね。そして最後は芝海老のかき揚げの天ぷらで天ぷら茶漬けでいただきました。最高でした。とてもおいしかったです。最後はデザートをいただきました。ラフランスのジェラートとイチゴです。そして煎茶をいただきました。とてもおいしかったです。大変おいしかった。ありがとうございました。
