最高の状態に揚げて説明して出して頂きました
始まりは小鉢
揚げ物は
車海老から始まりました
芸術的な盛り付け美味しい
アスパラガスが絶妙な揚げ具合
ポリっとコリっと甘い〜
全てお塩で頂きました
レモンもってます
くどくないのでレモンほとんど使わなかったかも
お野菜が本当に美味しいなぁ
筍も赤茄子やべにはるかやふきのとう
本当お野菜最高の上げ具合でした
カツオのお刺身はたまり醤油のジュレで
小鉢も箸休めにいただけで
エビとイクラとキャビアの天まき海苔
この海苔の凄い濃厚な味に衝撃受けました
〆のエビ天丼も美味しく
デザートのラフランスのジェラートでさっぱり
平日のランチタイムですが
人気でお客様沢山いらしてました
天ぷらもくどくない
さすがミシュラン連続取られてるお店と納得でした
