恵比寿南交差点から
ほど近いところにある
土鍋ご飯に定評のある和食店、
"白"へ行ってきた。
この日は、
カウンターに先客が1組、
後客も個室利用の
お客さんのみだったので、
居心地が大変良くてホッコリ。
"おまかせコース"は、
野菜と魚介類を使った
8〜9品の料理の後に
土鍋ご飯がついたお食事、
デザートという構成。
提供スピードも程良いし、
どの料理も美味しい。
そして、看板メニューの
土鍋ご飯は、
炊き立てアルデンテ状のご飯、
蒸らして変化したご飯を
食べ比べることができ、
選べるオカズもあるので、
今回はTKGにした。
ドリンクは、
泡が柔らかく注がれた
"マスターズドリーム"で乾杯し、
その後は、日本酒に切り替え、
辛口をリクエストすると、
"瀧自慢"、"磯自慢"、"勝山 献"と続いて
順番も料理との相性も良く、満足。
作り立ての"わらび餅"も
上品で美味しい！
