落ち着いた雰囲気のカジュアルイタリアン。
店員さんが全員外国人ですこし
びっくり。でもみなさん日本語流暢だし、
めちゃくちゃ感じよくて楽しい。
中はテーブル席と
カウンターがあります。
カウンターならお一人様もOKな雰囲気。
団体や女子会利用もできそうです。
お得なコースもありますが
今日はアラカルトで。
まずはシャンパンで乾杯。
こちらのお店、ビオワインの種類が
とでも豊富。ワイン好きな人も
満足出来そう。

イタリアンドレッシングが
めちゃくちゃ合う。
生ハムもまたサラダに合う
シンプルだけどさっぱりサラダ
イタリアンドレと生ハムって
めっちゃ合うよね。外さない。

小ぶりのエビがぷりぷり
揚げた衣サクサク。
タルタルたっぷりつけて
タルタル美味しくておかわりした。
付け合わせのお野菜にタルタル

◯スモークベーコンマスタード仕立て
サイコロ型に切ったベーコンを
焼いてスモークしてあります。
噛むとじゅわっと脂が。マスタードにも
ぴったり合う。
◯チーズ盛り合わせ
箸休め的なチーズ盛りあわせ
ミモレットやブルーチーズ、スモークチーズ
など6種類。どれも美味しい。
サイズ感もちょうどいい
◯ハーブキチングリル
ハーブでグリルした鶏胸肉。
外の皮がいい感じに焦げ目がつき、
そとはぱりばり香ばしく
中はジューシー。ハーブの香りもいい。
付け合わせのポテトもぐーです。
◯サーモンのクリームパスタ
こちらのお店、パスタにめちゃくちゃこだわり
がり極上生パスタを使用してます。
なんでも、地中海に気温が似た
淡路島で作られている淡路麺業の
パスタなんだとか。
絹のように柔らかく、もちもちした食感。
パスタだけでもめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
さらにクリームソースが濃厚で、
サーモンもぴったり。
絶妙の塩バランスでした。
ソース飲み干しました。
恵比寿ですが、静かで、でもカジュアルで
使い勝手のいいお店です。
カウンター席もあるので、1人で
ふらっと飲みなんかもよさそうです。
