新店探訪、恵比寿にできた沖縄料理店へ。
店の名前は、大阪ではなく『沖縄LOVER』でございます。6月10日とオープンほやほやで、店先にはまだお祝いの胡蝶蘭が飾られております。タグラインに大衆バルとあるように、きっと夜がメインなのだろうが、ランチでも沖縄料理を提供しております。麺類からは、ソーキそばやあおさそば。ご飯類からはゴーヤチャンプルー、ラフテー、石垣牛の定食が用意されております。
なかなか沖縄料理を食べられる店も多くはないので、ありがたいですね。出汁には節類の風味だけでなく、動物系の旨味も参加しているような印象。ひどい二日酔いでしたが、胃にしみじみと染み渡るお味でございました。味変の島唐辛子の刺激も大好きだ。麺は多少パサつきのあるものでしたが、これもまた沖縄そばらしさ。ご馳走様でした。
