Bitter gourd champuru set meal is too delicious. .
I happened to be going to Ebisu for work, and I wanted to eat Okinawan Cuisine for the first time in a while, so I had it for lunch. It was around 12:30pm, but there wasn't a huge line so I was able to get in. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and I wanted to go there at night as well. I was surprised that the set meal came out so quickly! The staff was also very nice, taking care to keep the food cold. My friend ordered Okinawa Soba, and it looked delicious, so if I go there again for lunch, I would like to order Noodles as well. Bitter melon champuru set meal 980 yen

前回行った時に、一緒にランチした友人が沖縄そばを注文しておりまた食べたいと思い行きました！
お肉がとろっとろで小さいから足りないかなと思っておりましたが、
かなりジューシーだったのでちょうど良かったです。
麺はもちもちして少し歯応えがあるので、普通盛りでも食べ応えがありました。(大盛りは＋100円)
紅生姜と島唐辛子の調味料がとてもマッチして美味しかったです。
スープも飲み干しちゃうくらい美味しくて次回はソーキそば狙いで行きます。
