週末のお昼に利用しました。
ふらっと入ってみたのですが、想像以上に良かったです。
恵比寿南一公園の中に新しくできたカフェで、内装は簡素ですが明るく、犬を連れて入れることができます。
この日も沢山のワンちゃん連れの方達がいました。
ランチメニューは、パスタ／コッペサンド／カレーが選べるセット。
それぞれドリンクとスープ／デザートが付きます。
パスタは、「青唐辛子とseamintのペペロンチーノ」や「黒豚 黒ビール 黒にんにくのラグー」など、普段あまり見かけない、興味をそそるものばかり。
セットのデザートは、ティラミス、プリン、ジェラート盛りから選択。
ドリンクも、自家製レモネードや、ブラッドオレンジジュースなど、なかなかないものも含め、選択肢が豊富で良いです。
今回注文したのはこちら。
・鰯とライムのジェノベーゼ
・ティラミス
・ビターオレンジコーヒー
パスタは鰯にライム、バジルと、夏らしい一品。
鰯も結構入っていて、たんぱく質に野菜も取れて嬉しい。
ライムなので、レモンと違い酸味はきつくなく、優しい爽やかさがあります。皮も少し入っていました。
美味しかったので毎週食べたい。
しっかりアルデンテで、茹で加減も素晴らしかったです。
ティラミスはアマゾンカカオを使用。
ブリオッシュ生地で食べ応えがあり美味しい。
ビターオレンジコーヒーは、シロップが入ってるのか少し甘めでした。
お料理はマンサルヴァのシェフ監修とのこと。
カフェでこのクオリティのお料理をいただけるなんて凄い！リピ決定です！
パフェも人気とのこと、また来たいと思います。
