ペッパーがコクを引き締める良き働き◎

パテは普通のものより、しっとり柔らかい。後味が優しい！
フリッタータの表面サクッとした食感が好きだったなぁ
▶︎浅利とムール貝のオイルソースパスタ
オイルソース、ニンニクと塩気が強くてパンチある！
麺がもちもちで、オイルによく絡むの〜

驚くほど濃厚なホワイトソース
これはね、溺れたいやつ。笑
中の生地とお肉はマイルドだから、お味の緩急あって良き！

あまりの大きさに、よく食べる友人も歓喜。笑
