2023年8月中旬ニューオーブン
ここだけ空気感が避暑地のように澄んでいるかのような一軒家レストランが出来ました。
女優 とよた真帆さんが手掛ける店。
まずはランチで訪問。
店内はオーブンキッチン に幅広いカウンター席、テーブル席と、テラス席があり インテリアはDIYのテレビ番組をもつ、とよたさんのしつらえ。トイレに至るまでセンスに溢れていました。
ランチは、1300円～
夏でもカラダを温めるスープからはじまり、オーバルシェイプの大きな ワンプレート。新鮮な野菜、ピクルスに お料理が盛られます。
頼んだのは、
・ポークジンジャー(豚の生姜焼き)
たっぷりの薄切り豚肉とちゃんとライスが添えられているのが嬉しい
・白いナポリタン
とよたさんがお家で作るレシピだそう。赤いトマトを越した汁は無色透明。お店の名物シグネチャーメニューなのでディナーにもあると

・ハンバーグ
・スペシャルカレー
唐辛子マークが3つついているのでそそります。
ランチのノンアルコールドリンクは200円、選りすぐりのグラスワイン、ビールはワンコイン500円とリーズナブルです。
厨房を担う若色まさきシェフはハーブや果樹酒にも精通していてサングリアもオススメだそう。
ほか売り切れていましたがプリンは次回のお楽しみ。
今後はソフトクリームも始めると。

店名は 映画監督 #青山真治 さん の初期作品
"路地へ"からと。監督が残した厳選した名盤をかけ、絵画、お皿などはとよたさんのコレクションとまるでお家にお招きを受けているような居心地の良い空間でした。
