・平日の11:30頃の訪店で、先客3名＆後客3名
・ワンフロアの一軒家ですのでやや窮屈感はあるものの、
新店らしい清潔感のある店内

■ロジエハンバーグ 1,350円
4種類の中から、数量限定の上記商品を発注させて頂きました。
オーダーから20分程で、スープ（かきたま汁）、ワンプレート物の
順に提供ながら、スープも炊き立てのライスも写真撮影に
影響が出る程の熱々の湯気モウモウ状態であります (;´∀｀)
カウンター席でシェフの手元が見えましたが、
ハンバーグは表面を焼いてオーブンで中に火を通して、
串を刺して火入れ状態の確認をする王道とも言える調理工程！
肉々しいハンバーグですが、レア感が残っている一品です。
推定20cm×40cｍの大皿に盛りつけたワンプレート物ですので、
ハンバーグも含めてボリュームは十分かとは思われます (^.^)
ハンバーグのソースは、ケチャップ＋ウースターソース系のお味でしたので、
デミグラスソースならもっと嬉しいでしょうね (-_-;)
