Ebisu has many Thai Cuisine restaurants, but this is probably the only one that serves Myanmar cuisine. "95Yooya" opened at the end of October 2023. It is a combination of 95, the country code of Myanmar, and YOOYA, which means the tradition of Burma (now Myanmar). 7-8 minutes walk from Ebisu Station east exit. Located on Beer Hill, where popular restaurants such as ``Chorori'' and ``Yabei'' are lined up, this stylish restaurant has a stylish appearance that makes it hard to believe that it is a Myanmar restaurant. I visited around 13:00 on a weekday, and there were two groups of customers ahead of me. Because it's not near a station, it's probably not that well-known yet. This is a restaurant that serves Myanmar, Chinese, and Yunnan cuisine, and the lunch menu is divided into four categories: rice, chicken, noodles, and beef, and there are some Myanmar dishes and some Chinese dishes. This time, I ordered the chicken set ``Unnan Kou Paung Chicken''. Arrived in 5-6 minutes. ``Unnan Kow Paung Chicken'' is a stir-fried dish of chicken breast, carrots, onions, ginkgo nuts, and green onions. It's no different from what you often see at Chinese Cuisine. The seasoning goes well with the rice, but it's not too strong, making it easy to eat. The set includes a light soup with cilantro and pepper, pickled vinegared Vinegared dish, and coconut? A base drink is also included. Next time, I would definitely like to try Myanmar cuisine.
