本物のシンガポール料理が、新店舗になって帰ってきた！
以前、「新東記」の名で恵比寿で営業していた店が、真向かいに移転して新スタート。
新店名は「シントンキー・ボタニカル」。心地いい空間です。
アレンジのない、本場のシンガポール料理が食べられる店は少ないので、ニューオープンはうれしい。
シンガポールチキンライスだけではない、名物料理のバリエーションが見事です。
中華、マレー、インドの食文化がミックスされたシンガポール料理は、一度に色々な味わいの料理が食べられるのがいい。
ここのところ、南インド料理にハマっていたが、濃厚なチキンカレーに、シンガポールスタイルのロティはまた別次元のおいしさ。
魚介の風味たっぷりの焼きそば、ミーゴレンも独特の味。
そして、初めて食べたのが、大根もちの卵炒め！（料理名ちょっと違うかも）
甘くてしょっぱくて、もちもちしていて、最高です。
まだオープンしたばかりで、ランチはやっておらず、今の営業時間は以下だそう。

ただいま！シンガポール観光局の認定店、恵比寿新東記が戻ってきました！
「恵比寿新東記」をコロナ禍のため、2020年6月惜しまれつつ閉店しました。 17年間皆様にご愛顧いただいた店が、この度、様々なお力添えがあって再度オープンする事ができました。シンガポールの愛称〝GARDEN CITY〟に合 わせて、緑の多い新しい店は「シントンキー・ボタニカル」と名付けました。 |
ランチにお邪魔。
シンガポール料理の有名料理といえば、①シンガポールチキンライス ②ラクサ ③肉骨茶（バクテー）だが、その3品をフィーチャーしたランチメニュー。シンガポールチキンライスを出す店はたくさんあるけれど、ラクサを食べられる店はほとんどないので、ラクサにミニチキンライスのついたメニューを選ぶ。
シンガポールには2、3回しか行ったことはなく、特に現地の味に詳しいわけではないけれど、単純にうまい。タイのクイッティオとも、ベトナムのフォーとも違う独特の米麺は新鮮。
ピリ辛だけど、激辛なわけではなく、完成された味。
豚のスペアリブを煮込んだ肉骨茶（バクテー）もとてもおいしいのだけれど、和みすぎて午後のやる気がなくなるので、ランチには、シンガポールチキンライス or ラクサがおすすめ。
