結婚記念日に妻と訪問しました。
以前より気になっていたお店で、1ヶ月前に予約しましたが、その時点でも残り数席で人気なお店なようです。
食べログからランチコースC(¥8,800)を予約。
コース料金、シャンパン2杯、白ワイン2杯、チャージ料で合計3万円強程のお値段。ランチにしてはまあまあ良いお値段でした。
全体的に料理が美味しくイマイチな品物はなく、色々と思考された料理で、見た目、香り、味どれも楽しませてくれるお料理でした。
個人的に桜マスのフュメとムースリーヌが美味しく感じました。桜鱒のジューシーな味以外にもパリパリとしたカブのチップとプチプチと弾けるイクラの食感が良かったです。
また、名物のワゴンセールではひとつひとつケーキを持ってきてくださり説明いただき楽しみな状態でデザートを堪能できました。
甘さもくどくなく、男性でも食べやすい甘さだと思います。
5月はイチゴのタルトとリンゴのタルトが季節のデザートとのこと。
ただ残念だったのがひとつ。サーロインが私のと妻のとでは焼き加減が異なっているようで、私のはミディアムレア、妻のはレアの状態で、レアを好まない妻には合わなかったでしょう。せめて好みの焼き加減を事前にヒアリングしてくれるなどあれば良かったです。
最後に妻とまた来年来たいねと話しました。記念日を迎えるお店としてまた利用したいと思います。
