アップルパイの主役，リンゴは薄めにカット。ゆえにリンゴタルト部も薄め。
リンゴ自体の味は，青りんごのようにキュンと来る爽やか酸味ではなく，まろやかな甘み。
食感もザクっと感とトロトロジャムのちょうど間ぐらい。
タルト部のサワークリーム（？）は，リンゴ由来とは別のレモンのようなうっすら爽やかな酸味と上品な甘み。
パイ生地はサクッとしたものではなく，しっとり系。
トッピングはあっさり味・しっとりサクッと食感の大小そぼろクッキー（油気のない揚げ玉みたいなもの）。
総じて，パイというより，クッキー＆ケーキのような印象。
