代官山で数少ない蕎麦屋の一軒が「朝日屋」さん。家のすぐそばという事もあって、もう数え切れないほど通って、お昼ごはんを食べさせてもらっていますが、ふと「そういえば食べログにアップしてないな」と気づいたので記録します。
この日はとても暑い日でした。入店は12時15分ぐらい。店内のお客様は、この界隈で工事をされている職人さん風の方々で8割埋まってます。
今日は「カツ丼セット」で「キツネうどん」にしました。普段は表を務めていないお母さんがホールを仕切っておられてちょっと緊張(笑)。程なくして娘さんが戻られて普段通りになったところで着丼。いつもの丁寧な料理に舌鼓を打ちます。
味は関西人には濃すぎます。でも美味しいのです。バランスがあるのです。同時に実は細かい仕込みの技というか、細部に込められた仕事が伝わってくる味わいというか。以前に料理人と一緒に食べに来て「茄子の処理が抜群に上手で驚いた」と言っていましたが、街の蕎麦屋の矜恃というか。
いつまでも無くなって欲しくないお店です。ご馳走さまでした。これからも通います。
