ずっと気になっていたお店で先日ようやく伺うことができました。スペイン公認のお店で、なんと9年連続でビブグルマンに選出されているんだとか。
2名で注文したのは下記。
・イベリコ豚の生ハム ¥2,420
・ミックスサラダ ¥1,078
・天使の海老のアヒージョ half ¥1,694
・オマール海老のサルスエラ ¥5,200
・イカ墨のパエリア ¥3,630〜
天使の海老のアヒージョ、アヒージョって見つけたら必ず注文するってくらいに好きですが、ここのアヒージョは今までで1番でした。海老の旨みがしっかり出ていて、ニンニクのパンチもあり、バケットが進みました。バケットはおかわりができるので、食べすぎてしまいました。
オマール海老のサルスエラ、これはカタルーニャ料理でブイヤベース風の煮込みです。魚介がほぼそのまま煮込まれているので、食べるのは素手で。食べるのが大変で手も汚れますが、そんなことはお構いなしに黙々と食べました。魚介の旨みそのものでとっても美味しかったです。
アヒージョのバケットを食べすぎたことでかなりお腹はいっぱいでしたが、イカ墨パエリアを食べずに帰ることはできない！食べきれない分は持ち帰りもOKとのことで注文しました。とっても濃厚なイカ墨パエリア。アイオリソースを追加してさらに美味しい。1/4ずつ食べて、あと半分はお持ち帰りしました。
平日の夜でしたが、ほとんど満席。
店内は広くないので結構ワイワイした雰囲気。私は17時半から1番ノリでちょうど良かったです。
