恵比寿駅から歩いて5分ほどの場所にある「KO-SOCAFEBIORISE（コウソカフェビオライズ）」。その名の通り「酵素」を推すヴィーガンとハラールのお店。これ系の界隈では割に有名なお店です。それにしても、「89zendish」もそうでしたが、どうしてヘルシー系の飲食店って外観がごちゃついているんだろう。
店内はグリーンを土台に綺麗に片付いていました。おひとりさまが多いのか、1人専用のオープンなカウンター席なども用意されています。ランチでも予約可能なので、大人数で訪れる際はそうしたほうが良いでしょう。
火曜日限定のサービスドリンクを頂きました。セロリのスムージーであり、セロリを中心に青系野菜と柑橘の風味がベリーナイス。内臓が綺麗になりそうな気がします。
私は「パクチーパスタ」を注文。「15種類の野菜が摂れる」との触れ込みでしたが、別皿に持ったらそろほど野菜は多そうで無く、パクチーそのものの量も主張は感じられないのが残念。
パスタは乾麺のリングイネでしょうか。ジェノベーゼ調の味付けは悪くないですが、玉ねぎに火が通っていないのか、ヘンな辛さがあってちょっと微妙。これひと皿で1,700円というのはちょっと高いなあ。
スペシャリテの「デトックスパフェ」をプチサイズで。ランチとのセットであれば350円の追加料金で注文することができます。見た目は一般的なパフェですが、玄米粉とそば粉を使ったパンケーキに豆乳のホイップクリームなど工夫が凝らしています。ヘンな表現ですが普通に美味しい。
以上を食べて2,050円。コンセプトには大賛成で味も申し分ないのですが、コレ系のレストランの宿命か、かなり割高に感じました。私のように二郎からビオディナミまでこだわりのない方よりも、思想を持った方とご一緒すべきお店なのかもしれません。
