恵比寿でぶらぶらしていたところ
前々から噂に聞いていた大阪ホルモン「ふたご」を発見！
ハーフポーションでひとり焼肉にも気軽に対応してくれるとの看板文句につられて入店
17時ごろでしたので予約なしでふらりと入ってすんなり入店できました。
☆よかったところ
・店員さんの愛想がよく、お肉の知識も多く
焼いてくれるサービスがよかったです。
私に対応してくれたのは店長さんなんでしょうか？とてもよいお兄さんでした。
・荷物を椅子の下に隠せたり。スマホ用の透明な袋をくれたり
煙や脂対策がバッチリ行き届いていました。
・ミックスホルモンでよくありがちな何が入っているのかわからないひと皿でしたが
店員さんが一切れ一切れ部位や特徴を教えてくれたのでいつもより
美味しさや楽しさが倍増しました。
☆頑張ってほしいところ
・３品ほど注文したのですが、マニュアルで決まっているのか
ひと皿食べきらないと次に行けないのがちょっと辛かったです。
同じ部位で同じ味が続くより交互に食べたりテイストに変化があるとより良かったかもしれません
・ハーフポーション・ひとり焼肉にどう対応しているメニューなのかわからなかった
私の確認不足かもしれませんが、何がどう看板にあったひとり焼肉に対応しているのか
わかりませんでした。量と質から見てコストパフォーマンスは悪くはないのですが、
支払った金額を見て？？？となりました。
・付け合わせの刻みネギがちょっと独特な香りがして食べられなかった
こうゆう味付けなのかもしれませんが、私はちょっと苦手でした
品質管理の部分かもしれません。
