渋谷駅から徒歩10～15分くらいの静かな場所にある、猿楽（さるがく）という焼肉屋さんにお邪魔してきました。店内は焼肉屋さんとは思えない雰囲気。壁にはお洒落な絵もほどこされ、とにかく清潔感がありました。お肉をいただくタレは4種類。ハーブ塩、自家製の甘タレ、ホルモン用にカレー塩とニンニクポン酢。
自家製の甘タレがとってもおいしくて、
個人的には全部これでもいいかなと思うほどでした。
タン塩からのスタート。
二品目にちょっとびっくりな組み合わせが登場。
お肉をさっと炙ってルッコラと合わせていただきます。
ルッコラってあんまり食べる機会すらないですけど、
このお肉とのコラボレーションはGreatでした！
らんぷ、いちぼ、みすじ、あまり聞きなれない部位のお肉でお腹もいい具合に。
箸休めには、こちらもこだわりのキムチ盛り合わせ。
一番びっくりしたのは梅干しのキムチ。
食べるまでは想像もできない組み合わせでしたが、
なんともマイルドな味でした。
家にあったらノンストップで食べ続けてしまうこと間違いなしです。
中盤戦に突入すると、
こだわりのホルモンが続々と。
トロトロなレバーは今まで食べた中でも最高ランク。
シビレステーキは見た目のBeforeAfterでも楽しませてくれます。
味はハラミとレバーの中間みたいな印象で、
こちらもオーダー必至です。
カルビの登場でお腹はノックアウト。
からの・・・・・・
出汁からとっているという冷麺は本当に600円ですか！？
という程、究極の極みです。
こちらもオーダー必至の辛たまごユッケスープを一気飲みして、締めは常識を覆すTKG。
随所にお店のこだわりが見られ、また個室にはDVDも完備しているので、子連れにも優しい店づくり。
駅から少し離れているので、やや不便かもしれませんが、
圧倒的なコストパフォーマンスが大変魅力的なお店です。
