代官山蔦谷の裏の住宅街にある、まさに隠れ家的なお店です。
お店は外観、内観ともにスタイリッシュで、素敵でした。
店内に入っても、焼肉屋さんのような臭い匂いはなく、
洋服に匂いがつく心配もあまりないので女性でも安心して楽しめそうです。
（全く付かないということはないと思いますが・・）
まずは、キムチとチャンジャ。
少し甘めでマイルドな味で、とっても美味しかったです。
そして・・お肉は、まずフィレから。
お店の方が焼いてくださいました。
レアな焼き具合でいただきましたが、もう最高！！
あんなに美味しいフィレは初めてです。
赤身なのに、とても柔らかく、驚きました。
こちらに来たら、絶対に食べた方が良いお肉です★
次にタン（厚め）、ルッコラサラダ？（お肉が下に隠れていてさっとあぶります）とうがらし、ホルモン、しびれ、レバー、ミノ、ナンコツ、豚カルビ、冷麺
どれも本当に美味しいのですが
フィレと同じぐらい、外せないのがホルモンとレバー。
ホルモンは上質な脂で、お腹いっぱいでも
ここのお店のは美味しく食べられます。
少し甘めのタレも本当に合う！
そしてレバー。分厚いレバーを外側をしっかり炙っていただきます。
中がトロトロで、最高に美味しい★
店員さんがお肉を焼いてくださるので、
会話に夢中でも美味しさマックスの状態で食べられるのが嬉しいです。
美味しいお肉を囲みながらの、楽しい会でした。
