ビールのグラスが200mmなので、色んな種類のビールが堪能できる。
中でもおすすめは、オリジナル496（スプリングバレーの原点）。もともとアメリカに住んでいた事もあって、IPAの様なホップでフルーティーな味わいが好きな人にはお勧め。苦み、酸味、甘みの絶妙なバランス。もうひとつのお勧めはアフターダーク（黒ビール）ふくよかな口当たりと澄んだ飲み口のビール。ギネスに近く、コーヒーのロースト香りも良い。
フードはお勧めのペアリングがメニュー内にあって親切。
最後の釜揚げしらす・九条ネギ・焦がしバター醤油のピザはデイドリームとペアリングしました。ビール自体がゆずや山椒などの和素材を使用しており、しらす・ネギと最高のマッチング。最後は食べきれず、同意書に署名をしお持ち帰り。食事だけでなく、店内も素敵で外国人のお客さんが多く海外にいるような気分。
