レストランGARDEN HOUSEのベーカリー業態として、2015年にLOGROAD DAIKANYAMAにオープン。厳選した小麦と自家製酵母で焼き上げるカンパーニュをはじめ、季節の具材をふんだんに使った総菜パンやクロック、カンパーニュが味わえるベーカリー。2022年10月にリニューアルオープン、これまで以上にパンやスイーツの種類を増やしてお待ちしております。 |

2012年に鎌倉で開業した、地元の旬の食材を使用したナチュラル&オーガニック志向のレストラン『ガーデンハウス』。そのガーデンハウスのベーカリー業態『GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS（ガーデンハウスクラフツ）』。
渋谷駅から代官山駅間の線路跡地にできた代官山ログロードに位置し、わんこもOKな大きなテラス席が特徴的。日曜の9:00頃に朝食目的で訪問。日曜だからか、すでに結構賑わっており、皆の意識の高さに驚く。
レジカウンターは、イートインとテイクアウトで分かれており、今回はベーカリーで好きなパンを選び、ドリンクを注文。
当店のシグネチャーでもある「塩バターメロンパン」。後々調べると、“賞味期限1時間のメロンパン”らしい。外はカリカリ。中は有塩バターが溶けて、生地にしっかり染み込み、じゅわっとリッチな味わい。たしかにこれは、時間が経つほどに劣化するだろう。
「ハムチーズクロワッサン」は、サクッとふわふわのクロワッサンに、カリッと焼き上げられたチーズやハムが塩みを加え、ほどよい塩梅。
朝食メニューも魅力的だが、常時数十種類並ぶパンとドリンクをいただくのもおすすめだ。
