東京代官山にあります。東京観光した際に予約して訪問しました。ここのシェフがYouTubeに出ており、ずっと気になっていたお店です。
焚き火イタリアンなので、炭火焼きや藁焼きが楽しめるお店です。キッチンを取り囲むようにカウンターが並びます。
せっかくなので焚き火系の料理ばかり注文しました。イタリアンという感じではありませんが創作料理として美味しかったです。洗練されたお料理というよりは、素材の味を生かしたものが多かったように思います。自家製の漬物を使ったりしていて、こだわりが感じられました。
キーチンがオープンになっている性質上仕方ないことではありますが、作っている人の緊張感や忙しさが伝わったり、奥にいる人と対面する形になるので、落ち着いた雰囲気にはなりにくいです。
一方で、シェフやサーブする方の接客はカチッとされていたので、どうしても違和感がありました。それもあってかお客さんも静かに愉しまれてる人が多かったです。自分的にはどちらかに振り切っていた方が好みです。
用意されていたワインは自然派系のもので、ナチュラルな雰囲気の料理に合わせていると思います。東京で流行りそうな店だと思いました。
