フランス産の冷凍食品で有名な『ピカール』。
別件で食べることができました。
「フラン・パティシエール」554円(税抜き)
ナチュラルにフランが用意されているのがさすがフランス。
冷蔵庫での自然解凍は六時間。
電子レンジなら600Wで1.5分。
そのあと15分常温におきます。
実際このくらいの加熱だと満遍なく熱は通らない状態です。
15分おくことで少し熱のまわりがあるかなという感じ。
土台のパイ生地だけ少し切りにくく若干の粉感あり。
しかしながら、ぷるんとしたメイン部分はなかなかのクオリティ。
このクオリティが普通に買えるのは流石のフランス産です。
