先日のパワフルウーマンランチ会は代官山にあるオーガニックメキシカンのPARATACO。
初めて訪れましたが、とっても可愛いお店。
しかも店長さんもめっちゃ可愛いモデル並みな方でした。
12人で貸切にしていただき、途中で席替えをしてみんなと交流。
パワフルでそれぞれ夢に向かって慢心する方ばかりでいつも刺激をもらいます。
今回のドレスコードはピンク。
最近ピンクにハマっていたから、もうこれを着ていこうとずっと思っていたけど、
様々なピンクがギュッと集まるととっても可愛い。
やっぱりピンク、良いなぁと再確認。
ピンクを普段着なくて、この日のために買った方も。
協調性、統一感、個性が出て良いですね。
さて、コースで出してもらったのはコンブチャのミント添えドリンクでまずは乾杯。
身体に良いものばかりです。
無農薬の野菜を使っているそう。
この会にもピッタリ。
野菜のみの出汁スープ、歯応えのあるケールサラダ。
ケールのポタージュでかなりお腹もいっぱいに。
そしてタコスは大根をターメリックで煮たもの、高野豆腐、チリコンカルネ、
大豆ミートのトマトソース煮込みなど。
ヘルシーなのに、しっかりお腹いっぱいになり、夕方になってもお腹が空かなかったなぁ。
チョコブラウニーは半分残したほど。
どれも美味しかった。
