スパイスにこだわる、代官山の心地よいカフェ。
「Spice＆Cafe FamFam」
代官山駅からも渋谷駅南口からも徒歩7分ほどの場所にあるSodaCCoの2階に2019年オープン。
光差すテラス席、落ち着いたテーブル席。
席間も広くゆったりとした雰囲気です。
ドリンク、アルコール、デザートと並ぶメニューの中で、食事はバリエーション豊かなカレー。
出汁系、タイ系、ラー油のカレーなど面白いメニューが揃う中で今回オーダーしたのはこちら。
★とろとろ豚肉とオクラのアメリカ南部風カレー¥1200
アメリカ南部のカレー的料理といえばガンボとカントリーキャプテン。
こちらスパイス＆ハーブ使いはクレオール式ガンボを髣髴とさせつつ、オクラは煮込まず生で、肉はボリュームある立方体にカットされた豚バラ肉と要素分解。
食感に変化をもたせ、肉と野菜のバランスをうまく取ってています。
なるほど！という着地ですね。
★アサイーラッシー＋¥300
カレーを食べるもよし、ただカフェとして寛ぐもよし。
