I visited this restaurant for a surprise birthday party for a friend, recommended by a foodie girl. This time, I ordered the 5,000 yen course "Detox with authentic Medicinal Food Hot pot of immune mushrooms and fresh organic vegetables" and was very satisfied. First of all, various dishes are served before the hot pot. The Caesar salad with Organic Food kale, which has no bitterness at all, is so delicious that you can eat it forever. Kale is the king of superfoods, so even eating this alone seems to be a great detox. By the way, they also had kale beer and kale smoothies. It didn't have any particular grassy smell and was refreshing to drink. Next, the potato salad with anchovy sauce from Andes Red was surprisingly delicious. I didn't know Andes Red could be so sweet! The anchovy sauce was exquisite on the sweet potatoes. The shrimp mayo went well with the balsamic sauce that came with it, and it was not too sweet and was delicious. The main Hot pot was very filling! This time, I ordered 9 kinds of immune mushrooms and 8 kinds of fresh vegetables, including black wood ear mushrooms, white wood ear mushrooms, tokiirodake mushrooms, white maitake mushrooms, jumbo nameko mushrooms, shimofuridake mushrooms, kaki no kidake mushrooms, the super healthy mushroom tamogidake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, kale, purple mizuna, bok choy, water spinach, spinach, komatsuna, lettuce, and parsley, and many other things I'd never tried before. The mushroom broth permeates the two types of soup, the slowly simmered white soup and the beef bone-based spicy soup, and the vegetables and sticky pork have a strong flavor. It's a very rich hot pot, and I'd like to order it again. The spicy soup wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be, so it wasn't too hot and I was able to enjoy the deliciousness.
