洋食屋…言い方だよね。
出るものは洋食屋だけど洋食屋的使い方はできないんじゃないか。
ごはんは2種類から選ぶスタイル。
この日はビーフシチューか鮭と牡蠣のフライ。
スープとデザートをつけるかどうか選ぶ。
ポタージュはミルク感が薄くてコーンがとても濃く来るタイプ。しかもなにか珍しい種な気が。
ビーフシチューめっちゃ濃い。
肉塊がどーんとふたつ。
多い。
女子だらけの店のポーションこれでいいのだろうか…。
シェフはつい多くしちゃって、と笑っていたからいいのか。
フライは普通のライスでシチューはパセリたっぷりのバターライス。こういう使い分けは超ステキ。
この店は見た目に反してたぶんすごく客を選ぶ。
しかしこれからの店、そんな感じがいいんだよね。
この席数ならそれくらい選別しても充分埋まる。
トムスだった頃からさらに開放感が増した景色は最高。
しかしよく見たらめっちゃ居抜きなんだなこれ。
