お料理上手なお母様のご飯を美味しく頂きました。
でも、お値段見てびっくり。
オニオングラタンスープは小さな器に濃いスープをしっかり吸ったバケットが一切れ。
ホワイトソースたっぷりのグラタン。
ハンバーグは煮込みハンバーグに近く、肉汁ジャワっと系のそれとは違ってお肉がギュッと詰まったタイプ。
りんごは良く味が染みていて美味しかった。
〇〇産の〇〇など、素材の説明は無し。
サービスの方の手が毎度肩に当たるので、人と人の間では無く人が居ない方からお料理を出せば良いのにと思ってしまった。
営業日が週3日、席数最大16、スタッフの人数も多めなので家賃と人件費の固定費を顧客数で割るとこのお値段になった感じ。
経済力が高い方向けのお店で、私には敷居が高かった。
