渋谷ツアーのパン屋２軒目です。「ゴルゴン蜂蜜クロッカン(\390)」と「塩デニッシュ(\320)」をチョイスです。お店は少し小さめですが、手をかけた商品が並んでます。

塩デニッシュは、サックサクなデニッシュに塩分をしっかりと感じれる仕上がりに。これ以上だとしょっぱいし、これ以下だと物足りないという絶妙な塩分だと思う。ってか、デニッシュがサクサク過ぎて、美味しいすぎる。
クロッカンのサクサク感も凄い。バター感も良き。そこに個性の強いゴルゴンが、強烈な深みを乗せてきます。仄かなはちみつの甘さが、チーズとうまくマッチして、ひとまとめにしてくれている感じ。

平日の午後では、お客さん無しで、待ちなしで購入可能でした。ただ、狙っていたさつまいもヘーゼルナッツとヴァームデニッシュは、もう売り切れでした。残念！！
