猿楽橋近くの場所にある火鍋屋さん「AKUBI（あくび）」。火鍋が有名だが、実はクラフトビールも揃っているという珍しい組み合わせのお店だ。店内はカウンター席もあれば、テーブル席、団体用の席もあって、なかなかの収容力だ。火鍋がついているコースが2つあり、せっかくなので店名を冠したAKUBIコース（5,000円/人）を。
コースの構成はこんな感じ。

・前菜4種盛り合わせ
・AKUBIの点心
・台湾火鍋（赤白2色鍋、発酵白菜付き）
・肉4種、野菜、きのこなど
・シメの麺orおじや
・デザート
そしてビールはタップが10種類。日本のものから台湾のものまで幅広い。スタイルもラガーからIPAまで。やっぱりここに来たら台湾のクラフトビールを飲むのが吉かな。TAIFU BREWINGのタップが5種類あったので、結果的にコンプリート。どれも美味しかった。
都内でも火鍋とクラフトビールを楽しめるお店は少ないと思うので、気になる方はぜひ！
